**Member Duties :** BEGIN EACH DAY READY TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM As an ALAN, you’ll: EMPOWER THROUGH ASSISTANCE At the courthouse, your primary focus will be assisting individuals with legal forms and connecting them to additional resources that meet their unique needs. In our housing authority notice to quit (pre-eviction) clinic, you will advocate for tenants' rights to promote housing security. ENGAGE WITH THE COMMUNITY On some afternoons and evenings, you’ll lead educational workshops at community organizations, equipping participants with the knowledge and tools to address legal challenges together. REFLECT AND IMPROVE At the end of each day, you’ll document your work, helping to shape more effective services and better outcomes. No two days are alike, but each one is impactful. You’re not just helping people - you’re transforming lives and systems.
**Program Benefits :** Living Allowance , Health Coverage , Childcare assistance if eligible , Housing Assistance , Education award upon successful completion of service .
