Job Description: * Standard Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm * Answer and return a high volume of phone calls. * Respond to online and email inquiries for current and prospective clients. * Process reservations, input details into wedding files, book vendors, and monitor payment for weddings. * Go above and beyond for each client, using your personal experience and ideas to make their wedding experience amazing. * Occasionally work on-site at a wedding as needed. * Be flexible in your schedule to ensure the office is staffed. * Keep the workspace clean and tidy on a daily basis.
