Tropical Storm Ofel enters PAR, may reach typhoon status Nov 13

Tropical Storm Ofel (international name: Usagi) enters the Philippine area of responsibility at 3 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). For now, no wind signals have been raised since Ofel has no direct effect yet on any part of the Philippines.
