Philippines' ex-President Duterte admits to drug war 'death squad'
The former president of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte, has testified before a Senate committee that he kept a personal "death squad" to carry out extrajudicial killings.
Human rights groups say Mr Duterte should be charged with crimes against humanity for thousands of deaths that occurred during his signature war on drugs.
