‘An extremist bunch’: Greens support drops in latest poll

Former Victorian Liberal Party president Michael Kroger claims the Labor Party must not preference the Greens.

According to a Resolve Political Monitor survey, support for the federal Greens Party has dropped to its lowest level since February.

“Albanese needs to say he’s not going to preference the Greens in every seat in this country,” Mr Kroger told Sky News host Sharri Markson.

“People think they’re not an environmental party; they’re an extremist bunch.”
