About the Role: As the Automation Engineering Leader, you will provide strategic leadership and technical direction for automation engineering teams across your regions, overseeing both site- based and regional automation engineers and managers. You'll drive operational excellence across our fulfillment network while establishing standards, best practices, and technical frameworks that ensure consistent team performance. You'll work with state-of-the-art technology, including conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply systems, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) platforms.
