Position:
The Financial Reporting Lead is responsible for the analysis and production of consolidated financial reports for clients of the Global Family Office. This individual participates in the collaborative and team-centric approach to servicing clients across the Wealth Planning Center.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & losses, consolidated reports, and ad hoc analytical reports
* Gather client information across investment institutions and reconcile investment reports (capital gains, interest/dividend income, alternative/fixed income securities, cash flow, budgets etc.)
* Update and review financial reports and provide analysis to the planning team
* Respond to the planning team requests in a timely and accurate manner
* Provide technical expertise in client reporting processes and systems
* Act as a reviewer for other employees performing similar functions
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required, CPA preferred
* 15+ years of related experience with a broad understanding of investment assets and associated reports
* Experience with Fixed Income/Alternative assets a plus
Skills:
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Advanced QuickBooks Online skills
* Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
* Highly motivated, organized, and diligent with ability to work independently or as a team
* Effective communication skills
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Compensation Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $175,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
