Standard weekday schedule | Weekends and overtime as business needs require #### **About the Role** Alliance Nationwide Exposition is looking for a Graphic Designer / Prepress Production Artist for our Las Vegas team. The ideal candidate brings the full package: strong creative design and prepress ability, and an understanding of how graphics are printed, cut, finished, and installed. If you can design clean event graphics and build accurate files that move smoothly through production, you are the person we want to talk to first. This is not just a concept design role. We need someone who understands scale, resolution, bleed, panels, cut paths, proofing, and production-ready artwork. Strong on either side of the workflow? We want to hear from you too. Creative designers who want to build production knowledge and prepress techs who want to level up creatively can both be a great fit. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and prepare graphics for trade shows, exhibits, and live events. * Build productionready files for print, cut, finishing, and installation. * Review artwork for scale, resolution, bleed, color, fonts, links, panels, and cut requirements. * Set up proofs, templates, layouts, panels, and final output files. * Prepare banners, booth signage, backdrops, wall graphics, displays, and exhibit visuals. * Account for finishing details such as pole pockets, grommets, and doublesided graphics. * Coordinate with company stakeholders to keep jobs accurate, clear, and moving. * Manage multiple jobs in a deadline driven production environment. #### **Requirements** * Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat experience. * Large format print, trade show, exhibit, or event graphics experience preferred. * Comfortable with scale, bleeds, panels, crop marks, cut paths, and production specs. * Prepress experience with file checking, cleanup, proofing, layouts, and print/cut setup. * Flatbed printer, roll to roll, Summa cutter, CNC cutter, or finishing experience is a plus. * Accurate, organized, detailfocused, and able to work quickly. * Good communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills. #### **What We Offer** * Competitive pay based on experience * Comprehensive benefits package offered * Dynamic, collaborative environment in the live events industry * Opportunity to grow your creative and production skill set #### **How to Apply** Submit your resume and a portfolio of actual completed work.
