We specialize in custom metal fabrication, commercial signage, and high-quality branding solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between digital design and physical production, turning concepts into professional-grade signage, window wraps, and branding materials. As a key member of our fabrication shop, you will work closely with our production team to ensure designs are not only visually stunning but also technically feasible for our specialized equipment. **Key Responsibilities** * **Visual Storytelling:** Create engaging designs for commercial signage, vehicle/window wraps, logos, and marketing materials. * **Technical Preparation:** Prepare and optimize vector files for specialized fabrication equipment, including fiber lasers and vinyl cutters. * **Brand Management:** Maintain visual consistency across client projects while pushing creative boundaries to innovate brand presentations. * **Collaborative Design:** Work directly with clients and the production team to refine concepts, manage color schemes, and select appropriate materials (aluminum, acrylic, brass, etc.). * **Multi-Media Support:** Assist in photography, photo manipulation, and digital art to enhance visual storytelling for our portfolio and social media. **Requirements** * **Software Proficiency:** Expert-level skills in **Adobe Illustrator** .
