**Requirements**

* Associate's degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies or closely related field.
* Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Paralegal in a law firm settling cases.
* Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities.
* Must be bilingual in Spanish
