This position offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and field service skills in a fast-paced environment that values proactive problem-solving and technical excellence. **Duties** * Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. * Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. * Service HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems including air conditioning units, and gas furnaces * Conduct field service visits at various property sites to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements. * Read and interpret HVAC design plans, schematics, and technical drawings for precise maintenance or installation work. * Maintain detailed records of all service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system upgrades to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational documentation. **Requirements** * 1-3 years of HVAC experience, preferably in service and maintenance * Proven experience in construction or property maintenance with a strong background as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems. * Mechanical knowledge of HVAC components including residential furnaces and air conditioners * Ability to read schematics and technical drawings; familiarity with HVAC design principles is highly desirable. * Proficiency with diagnostic tools including ohmmeters, voltmeters, and monometers; capable of troubleshooting electrical issues within HVAC systems. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Strong field service skills with the ability to work independently in diverse environments while maintaining safety standards. * Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients on technical issues.
