Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to legal staff, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing documentation.
* Assist in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
* Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and accessible.
* Conduct legal research and compile relevant information as requested.
* Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 years of experience in a legal assistant or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: $49,525.47 - $69,847.88 per year
