As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating various power tools and machinery to fabricate and produce precision parts. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development. Will be willing to train the right person for manual lathe. If you are skilled in CNC Machining that is a plus. Pay will depend in experiance. Duties: - Set up and operate machines such as lathes, milling machines - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications - Use GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ensure accurate measurements - Program and operate CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software for CNC machines - Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create 2D and 3D models - Perform mechanical assembly of components - Conduct quality control inspections to ensure parts meet specifications - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or equipment - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements: - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes - Proficiency in CAM programming and CAD software - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
