**Job Summary**
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic automotive sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with enthusiasm and expertise. Your passion for automobiles, combined with exceptional communication skills, will help you build lasting relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions. **Responsibilities**
* Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate sales opportunities.
* Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits confidently, ensuring customers understand the value of each model.
* Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects and follow-ups using CRM software to maximize conversion rates.
* Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values effectively to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives.
* Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
* Collaborate with sales support teams and management to ensure inventory control, proper documentation, and seamless sales processes.
**Skills**
* Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred.
* Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse sales pipeline efficiently and prioritize customer interactions effectively.
* Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads, follow-ups, and managing customer relationships.
* Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies and high-end sales techniques for premium vehicles.
* Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities.
* Familiarity with inventory management, retail math, upselling strategies, outbound calling techniques, and marketing fundamentals.
