The Parts Manager will be responsible for but not limited to maintaining inventory, ordering parts, staffing and ensuring efficient operations within the department. **Duties:** - Manage and oversee all aspects of the parts department - Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits - Order parts from suppliers and ensure timely delivery - Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts department efficiency - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with part inquiries and orders - Collaborate with service technicians to ensure correct parts are ordered for repairs - Monitor and control department expenses to meet budget goals **Skills:** - Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair processes - Strong supply chain management skills - Mechanical knowledge to identify and order correct parts - Familiarity with auto body repair and equipment repair - Experience working in a dealership setting preferred - Knowledge of inventory control practices - Ability to use order management systems effectively - Background in automotive or equipment repair or HVAC systems is advantageous - Ability to lift 50lbs If you possess these skills and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity as a Parts Manager, we encourage you to apply.
