**Job Summary**
Nightlife Hostess & Hospitality Manager*Events / Hospitality / Venue Operations*
We are seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and leadership-oriented Hospitality Manager / Lead Hostess to oversee front-of-house staff operations across multiple nightlife and private event venues.
This role involves managing and coordinating face-to-face staff including hostesses, waitresses, bartenders, VIP staff, and security personnel during nightlife events and private functions. The ideal candidate is confident in high-energy environments, capable of leading teams professionally, and able to maintain strong hospitality standards while ensuring smooth event execution.
Responsibilities Include:
* Supervising and coordinating front-of-house event staff across multiple venues
* Managing hostess teams, bartenders, servers, and security personnel during events
* Monitoring staff performance before, during, and after events
* Creating performance and operational reports regarding employee conduct, efficiency, professionalism, and guest experience
* Assisting with staffing logistics and venue preparation
* Attending 2–3 weekly general management and operations meetings
* Ensuring professional presentation and hospitality standards are maintained at all times
* Acting as a liaison between venue management, event coordinators, and operational staff
* Helping maintain a positive, upscale, and organized nightlife environment
Qualifications Preferred:
* Prior experience in hospitality, event management, or VIP hosting
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Reliable transportation and flexible late-night availability
* Experience managing teams is a major plus
