This role involves applying engineered materials onto finely manufactured components using screen printing equipment. If you have strong attention to detail and enjoy hands-on technical work in a structured production environment, this is a great opportunity to build skills in a unique and growing process. **What You’ll Do*** Set up and operate screen printing equipment to meet production schedules * Handle specialized materials, including storage, application, and recovery * Inspect coating quality (coverage, weight, uniformity) * Support equipment upkeep alongside Engineering and Maintenance * Track material usage and maintain lot control accuracy * Clean screens and work areas to prevent contamination **What We’re Looking For*** High school diploma or equivalent * Manufacturing experience preferred (screen printing, coating, or similar processes a plus) * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions * Comfortable working hands-on with materials and equipment **Work Environment*** PPE required (gloves, smocks, etc.) * Handling of specialized or chemical materials * Repetitive, process-driven work with a focus on precision Salary Range: $17.50-$25.00/hour This is the full salary range for the position. Most new hires can expect to start around $17.50/hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
