With a wealth of resources and an extensive construction industry network, Kalkreuth has the capabilities to complete any project according to specifications. **Duties & Responsibilities:** * Analyze plans, specifications, proposals and additional documentation to prepare bid estimates for projects * Gathering bid documents * Performing take-offs * Assisting with estimates and pricing * Assisting with site visits * Using laser measuring equipment * Other related duties **Qualifications:** * Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate program. * Maintain a professional appearance. * Ability to conduct oneself professionally in a business setting * Exhibit strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills. * Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in PC programs, including Microsoft Office.
