    to support the firm’s investment offerings and operational functions. This fully remote position plays a key role in managing the preparation of investment documentation, the formation of entities, and the maintenance of corporate governance, coordinating with third-party partners, and ensuring smooth execution of closings and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and capable of navigating the legal, regulatory, and administrative aspects of alternative investment fund operations. The ideal candidate will have years of experience working with corporate, securities, and transactional matters. Experience with private offerings and the preparation of offering documents, including private placement memoranda and other disclosure documents, is a plus. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional with at least 7 years of paralegal experience, including substantial work in securities offerings, corporate governance, entity formation, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and project management.



    **Key Responsibilities**

    * Reporting directly to the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer, supporting the legal department both in day-to-day business operations and legal matters, as well as in connection with securities and other product offerings.

This fully remote position plays a key role in managing the preparation of investment documentation, the formation of entities, and the maintenance of corporate governance, coordinating with third-party partners, and ensuring smooth execution of closings and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and capable of navigating the legal, regulatory, and administrative aspects of alternative investment fund operations. The ideal candidate will have years of experience working with corporate, securities, and transactional matters. Experience with private offerings and the preparation of offering documents, including private placement memoranda and other disclosure documents, is a plus.
