Innovation & Product Development * Drive the electrical/software design process from concept through manufacturing release, including: o Creative concept development o Detailed design o Mathematical and scientific verification o Prototype build and evaluation o Engineering documentation o Production transition * Work closely with electrical engineering during schematic review, component selection and prototype bring-up to ensure software readiness and efficient debug. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Software, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related discipline required). * Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in embedded software development or related engineering roles. * Proficiency in embedded programming languages (e.g., C/C++), version control (Git/Github) and real-time operating environments (FreeRTOS, MQX). * Strong understanding of hardware/software integration and system level design. * Ability to work independently across design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation phases. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Experience supporting manufacturing, field teams, or customer applications is a plus. * Demonstrated experience with new board bring-up, including debug of low-level hardware/software issues on prototype hardware. * Ability to read and work from schematics, datasheets, reference manuals and interface documentation. * Experience with embedded debug tools such as JTAG debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and serial/protocol analysis tools. * Experience integrating communication and connectivity technologies such as Bluetooth/BLE, UART, SPI, I2C, USB, or Ethernet. * This role requires quarterly travel to our Fairmont, MN facility, with the possibility of additional onsite visits depending on project-specific needs. **Compensation Information:** salary range $78,400 - $130,000 *ITW is an equal opportunity employer.     **This Registered Nurse - Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program position is located in Mental Health Service located at the Togus, Maine VA Medical Center Augusta, ME location. This position is full-time at 80 hours per pay period.**

    * Establish therapeutic relationships to enhance a trauma-sensitive experience using therapeutic interventions and help eliminate barriers to recovery services by incorporating person-first language.

    * Assess and identify health-related illness using nursing assessments which follow the national standards for nursing assessments.
    * Provide education and health teaching (individual or group settings) to Veterans regarding healthcare needs; recovery goals; mental health and substance use problems; treatment regimens; coping skills; stress management and relaxation techniques; crisis management; and medications.
    * Play a key role in medication management in Mental Health RRTPs and administer medications as ordered by the credentialed provider for monitoring the effectiveness of those medications. Nursing staff must consistently assess and monitor the physical environment to ensure the safety and security of medications.
    * Develop and monitor nursing outcomes. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing objectives, interventions, and outcomes to help Veterans achieve their treatment goals.
    * Responsible for providing and leading the provision of competent, evidence-based care to assigned patients.
    * Provide patient-centered and recovery-oriented care and maintain self-awareness while caring for patients living with substance use disorder and/or Mental Health conditions.
    * Facilitate shift report, warm hand-offs, and nurse-led psychoeducational groups; use therapeutic communication techniques, practice de-escalation techniques, utilize recovery-oriented language, and provide oversight of the patient safe medication management program.
    * Actively participate in Mental Health interdisciplinary treatment team, patient safety, and environment of care rounds, and respond to psychiatric and medical care needs and emergencies as directed.
    * Report safety concerns, and document nursing assessments, risk screens, nursing plan of care, patient safety rounds, and environment of care rounds according to facility policy.

    Position Summary


    The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the organization’s accounting, tax, and payroll-related functions, with a primary focus on balance sheet reconciliations, client tax fund accounting, and compliance reporting.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    * Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting documentation for the year-end financial audit
    * Reconcile client tax funds collected and subsequently paid out, including balancing funds for new and terminating clients
    * Research, analyze, and resolve federal, state, and local tax notices and discrepancies
    * Prepare, process, and file quarterly and year-end tax returns, including payroll-related filings such as W-2s
    * Prepare and submit corrected and amended quarterly and annual tax returns as needed
    * Process tax payments and ensure timely and accurate remittance
    * Coordinate with the Accounting Administrator to reconcile bank accounts and accurately post transactions in QuickBooks

This role prepares and reconciles quarterly and year-end tax filings, researches and resolves discrepancies and tax notices, and compiles supporting documentation for the annual financial audit. The Staff Accountant works closely with internal departments to ensure the accurate collection, reconciliation, and refunding of client funds while maintaining compliance with applicable tax laws and accounting standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
