    As a therapist with Marvin, you’ll provide evidence-based virtual therapy to adult healthcare workers. Role details include:

    * Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on our HIPAA-compliant video platform (Zoom) to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals
    * Use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Gottman Method
    * Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in our streamlined EHR
    * Incorporate measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to monitor progress and improve outcomes
