"Sensitive Personal Information" includes specific categories like social security number, driver's license, passport number, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, contents of mail/email/text messages (unless we are the intended recipient), genetic data, biometric data for identification, health information, and sex life or sexual orientation information.
2. Your CCPA/CPRA Rights
As a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months (or longer, if applicable under CPRA for information collected on or after Jan 1, 2022). Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.

Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

C. The Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Information:

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the Personal Information and the purposes of the processing. If we receive a verifiable consumer request to correct inaccurate Personal Information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct it.

You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use Personal Information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.

We also process opt-out preference signals transmitted via the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or device broadcasts the GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt-out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information linked to that browser or device.

E. The Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI):

You have the right to direct us to limit our use and disclosure of your SPI to that which is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer who requests those goods or services, or for other permitted purposes under CCPA regulations (e.g., ensuring security, performing services on behalf of the business, verifying/maintaining service quality).

Option 2 (If you DON'T collect SPI or ONLY use it for necessary purposes): We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information, or we only use or disclose the SPI we collect for purposes specified in CCPA regulations § 7027(m), for which the Right to Limit does not apply. Therefore, we do not currently offer a specific mechanism to limit the use of SPI beyond our standard practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

F. The Right to Non-Discrimination:

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

3. How to Exercise Your Rights (Access, Deletion, Correction)

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf (an "authorized agent"), may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
Your request must:

Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
4. Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing within the first 45 days.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt (unless you request information beyond 12 months collected after Jan 1, 2022, for Access requests, subject to feasibility). The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
5. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf.
