Preferred you have had some experience in a signage shop that works with wide format printers and plotters, producing printed and cut vinyl graphics. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience who has designed and produced products and graphics that have been installed. As our shop grows in size and capabilities with new equipment (CNC & Flatbed Printing), we are starting to see the writing on the walls: we are already busy as all get out, and we can only see adding to the increased number of clients and projects we work with day-to-day. Current owner is nearing retirement, meaning I will be moving into their position, leaving a 20 year long held position to take over running the business and day-to-day operations. Looking for someone who will be ready to come in, learn our standard operating procedures, and hit the ground running.
