You’ll be in the middle of real logistics operations—working with customers, tracking shipments, and coordinating across teams. On a typical day, you might: * Track and manage international shipments (ocean + air) * Coordinate imports (FCL, LCL) from origin to delivery * Communicate with customers, overseas partners, and carriers * Build and send quotes using internal systems * Solve problems when shipments don’t go as planned (which happens often) * Work with dispatch and operations to keep freight moving **What Makes This Role Different** * You’ll learn global logistics fast—not just one small piece * You’ll use modern tools + systems (and help improve them) * You’ll have direct exposure to decision-makers * You’re not boxed in—growth into ops, sales, or management is real **Who We’re Looking For** You don’t need 10 years of experience—we care more about how you think and work.
