At The Outrider, this is the most critical "behind the scenes" role we have. You are the backbone of our operations, ensuring that every space, from the linens to the room itself, is prepared with intention and runs flawlessly. You ensure our "trail-weary" guests always have the highest quality sheets for a deep sleep and a fluffy towel for the hot tub. **The Details You’ll Own** * **Boutique Standards & Sanctuary Setup:** Execute high-level cleans that pass the "Operations Manager eye"—meaning spotless glass, crisp linens, and zero dust. You handle the final touch to ensure the temperature is right, the lighting is perfect, and everything is exactly where it should be before a guest arrives. * **Property Pride & Common Areas:** Help us keep our recently renovated property looking brand new, maintaining cleanliness across all common areas, the pool and hot tub patio, and the outdoor sauna area * **Linen & Inventory Flow:** Manage the entire wash-dry-fold cycle with military precision to keep the Room Stylists consistently stocked. This includes helping to track detergent, chemicals, and all linen levels so we never run out (and never over-order). * **Quality Control Gatekeeper:** Maintain a high standard by ensuring not a single frayed or stained item goes back into rotation, protecting the premium guest experience. * **Operational Pivot:** On busy days, you are ready to jump to where you are needed, whether helping to stage a VIP room or assisting with urgent tasks outside of the laundry room. **What We’re Looking For** * **High Standards & Focus:** You genuinely care about a clean room and process.
