**About the Role**
A well-established **personal injury** law firm is seeking a **Senior Litigation Paralegal** with extensive plaintiff-side personal injury experience. This is a full-time, in-office role offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and the chance to be a key part of complex cases from intake through trial.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage personal injury cases through all phases of litigation
* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
* Prepare medical summaries, deposition digests, and trial notebooks
* Coordinate with clients, experts, court staff, and opposing counsel
* Maintain accurate case files and track deadlines
* Support attorneys in trial preparation and in-court proceedings
**Requirements**
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong background in **plaintiff-side personal injury**
* Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
* Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently
