**Overview**

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes. **Compensation**

$40.00- $54.00/hr based on experience

**Shifts: Full Time 12 hour Night Shift with every other weekend availability** **Benefits**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
* Develop and follow individualized care plans
* Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
* Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements



**Qualifications**
* Current RN license in the state of Colorado
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
* Home health experience preferred but not required
* Must pass pre-employment screenings
