PART-TIME POSITION | MONDAY–FRIDAY | TRAINING PROVIDED



As a Floater Teacher, you will bring energy and flexibility to our classrooms by leading and joining in on play-based activities that nurture each child’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Working alongside our lead staff, you will help children navigate the journey from infancy to school age, using our curriculum to make the transition into organized education both fun and seamless. Your role is essential in providing a warm, consistent environment through daily care like feeding, changing, and nap time, while also keeping the lines of communication open. By using our Classroom Management system, you will share meaningful updates and stay connected with both parents and fellow team members to ensure every child thrives.



Key Responsibilities:


* Support age-appropriate, play-focused learning experiences
* Assist with daily routines including meals, transitions, and rest time
* Maintain positive communication with families and team members
* Contribute to a safe and encouraging classroom environment

Qualifications:


* Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Previous 1 year of experience.
