Reporting to senior design leadership, this role balances conceptual design contribution with execution excellence, helping bring B2B brands to life with clarity and craft.



    In this role, you will help build and evolve comprehensive visual identity systems from logos and core design foundations to scalable brand guidelines, while delivering polished execution across marketing touchpoints. You will translate brand positioning, audience insights and business objectives into compelling visual solutions that perform across channels. Working in complex B2B environments, you'll help create clear, consistent brand systems that allow clients to stand out and drive results across the buyer journey.

    **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

    * Develop highly creative visual work across identity systems, digital experiences, campaigns and content ecosystems.

    The Sr. Accountant is a working accountant who will execute all accounting functions for the company, including performing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring an accurate and timely month-end and year-end close.

This person should be flexible in shifting focus between Stenograph and TranscribeMe Holding LLC as needed and open to change as our accounting processes evolve as we continue to integrate the two companies.     **Key Responsibilities**


    **Core Accounting & Financial Close**


    * Execute all general accounting functions across the organization
    * Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
    * Maintain the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate posting of transactions in accordance with GAAP.
    * Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, revenue and expense analyses, and supporting schedules.
