**As a Distribution Engineer, you can expect to:**

**What You’ll Be Doing:**
* You’ll be hands‑on with our production equipment and materials, helping turn job tickets into finished products we’re proud to ship. Your day might include:
* Operating and caring for production equipment like offset & digital presses, large-format printers, plotters, cutters, laminators, and bindery machines
* Preparing print and finishing materials (substrates, inks, adhesives, etc.)
* Checking quality along the way to make sure everything looks just right
* Following job tickets and schedules to keep things moving smoothly and on time
* Handling simple equipment issues and letting the team know when something needs more attention
* Packaging, labeling, and helping ship finished jobs
* Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe
* Pitching in on other projects as needed—because teamwork matters here!
