Responsible for planning and managing project staffing requirements, reporting project performance, and identifying and addressing scope creep, schedule, or quality issues to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects.

    * Manage one or more small to large design-focused projects, involving a full spectrum of engineering services offered by AECOM.
    * Provides project and technical task management for one or more simultaneous projects.
    * Responsible for technical delivery, schedule management, fiscal management, client liaison, reporting requirements, and coordination with project team members.
    * Identifies problems, determines accuracy and relevance of information, uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and makes recommendations.
    * Reviews contracts, prepares fee proposals, and project execution strategies.
    * Manages sub-consultant scope, fees, deliverable, and performance.
    * Good presentation and communication skills in English. Good report and proposal writing skills.
    * Client Relationships: Ability to assist in developing new client relationships and to strengthen existing client relationships. Ability to identify, understand and focus on clients’ key requirements.

    * BA/BS + 4 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

    * Professional Engineer or Architecture Registration with the ability to attain a State of Hawaii Professional Engineer or Architecture Registration within 12 months.
    * Project Management experience in site and infrastructure design projects.
    * Previous experience in leading projects with multi-disciplinary teams to required quality, timeliness, and budget parameters.
    * Previous experience in maintaining client relationships and expectations
    * Knowledge of planning and design process, construction documentation, construction administration, and code requirements
    * Experience managing concurrent projects in various stages of development and managing multiple project types with an emphasis on design, sustainability, and innovation
    * Innovative problem solver with excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to manage people and projects through demonstrated strong organizational skills
    * Strong skills in the full suite of MS Office applications
    * Participate in selected marketing and business development opportunities in support of the sales team

    Requires an experienced, student-centered, and innovative Humanities teacher for project-based instruction both within and outside the Mid-Pacific Exploratory Program (MPX). Teachers are responsible for covering core concepts from two traditional disciplines during one longer, double-scheduled period through a problem/project-based learning approach. Specific teaching assignments will include teaching MPX Humanities (which encompasses both Language Arts and Social Studies) courses and various high school courses, depending on experience.     Hale Makua Health Services is a Maui based non-profit that improves the well-being of those in its care through compassionate personalized health services. We are devoted to helping Maui's Elders live their best lives. Hale Makua's Wailuku location is a 90-bed nursing facility.


    **The Position:**


    We're looking for passionate Registered Nurses to help us with providing professional nursing care to residents following established policies and procedures of the facility.

    * Conducts accurate physical assessments of residents, determines their needs and implements appropriate interventions to meet those needs.
    * Collaborates with physicians, consultants, and agencies to improve quality of services and to resolve identified problems.
    * Administers and maintains inventory of resident medications/treatments as ordered by the physician and according to policy and procedures.
    * Oversees care delivery by CNAs




    **Requirements:**

    * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    * Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
    * Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviation.
    * Experience in geriatrics and current nursing standards of practice preferred.
    * Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).
    * First Aid and CPR preferred (can be done in-house).
